This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for our pathology test services.
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Pre-Sample Collection Cancellation: Users may cancel their test booking before the sample collection to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations can be made through our platform or by contacting our customer support.
- Post-Sample Collection: Once the sample has been collected, cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be processed.
2. Cancellation Fee
- A cancellation fee of ₹100 INR will be deducted from the total refund amount for cancellations made before sample collection.
3. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking. In cases where this isn't feasible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the user.
4. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions), Healthyscore.in reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. In such cases, users will be informed promptly, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
